Juniper Flat is the pink area shown on this map. Mt. Shasta Vista
Volunteer Fire Company and Juniper Flat Fire Safe Council both serve
this entire area.
MSVPOA accounts for about one sixth of the geographical area of Juniper
Flat. Nearly half of the population of Juniper Flat resides in the
subdivision.
The subdivision is the area with the high density of roads. The green
